Here's a quick guide to the return process:

  1. To ensure a secure return, use a traceable postal service and keep a record of your tracking number. Responsibility for any lost parcels lies with the customer.
  2. While we do not refund return postage costs, exceptions are made if the error is on our part (e.g., wrong item or size sent) or if your item has a manufacturing fault.

Damaged or Defective Items 

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will arrange for a replacement or refund, and there will be no additional shipping charges.
